According to the official media of Tractor Club, Mehdi Taj, President of the Iran Football Federation, visited Tractor's training camp in Tehran on Thursday and expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the club's owner, management, coaching staff, and players.

Speaking about Tractor's participation in the AFC Champions League Elite, Taj said he is confident the club will be a worthy representative of Iran in the competition.

"Tractor represents Iran in Asia and, in a way, serves as a national team. I was pleased to visit the team's training session, where excellent discipline and organization are clearly evident," he said.

Commenting on the appointment of Seyed Hojjat Karimi as Tractor's CEO, Taj noted that Karimi is a longtime colleague and close friend from the Football Federation. He also highlighted the presence of Khodadad Azizi and Mohammad Rabiei at the club, adding that Tractor contributes a significant number of players to Iran's national team.

Discussing Tractor's progress since privatization, Taj described the club's development as "very positive" and said other clubs should follow the same path. He added that privatization is the best model for the future of Iranian football clubs and noted that the Financial Fair Play regulations are expected to be introduced within the next one or two weeks to further support this process.

In conclusion, Taj praised head coach Mohammad Rabeie, describing him as a knowledgeable coach, and expressed hope that Tractor would achieve strong results in the AFC Champions League Elite.
