According to the official media of Tractor Club, Mohammad Rabiei stated at the pre-match press conference ahead of the game against Gol Gohar Sirjan:
“I would like to welcome Gol Gohar to Tabriz. They are a high-quality team and their position in the league table clearly reflects that. Therefore, we are facing a very important match. In the compact match schedule, after the game against Malavan we focused on recovery. Today we will hold our final training session and then prepare for the match against Shabab Al Ahli. At this stage, we have tried to bring the team to the best possible physical and mental condition, and the players are fully aware of the importance of tomorrow’s match. Just as our team discipline was evident in the previous game, we aim to deliver a strong performance and secure all three points. He added:

Regarding measures to prevent distractions from affecting the team, the Tractor head coach said:
“I know the history of Tractor Club very well, and it is an honor for me to be part of this great club. Along the path toward our goals, the existence of pressure and distractions is natural, and there may be attempts to divert the team from its main path. We must be prepared to face crises and overcome them with proper management and wise decisions. Over the past few days, I have spoken privately with the players, and everyone is aware of the situation. With professional behavior and full focus, we will continue our journey strongly, and nothing will stop us from reaching our goals.”

In response to a question about whether he would continue the tactical approach of Dragan Skocic, Rabiei said:
“Yes, based on my coaching experience, this is the right approach. Due to the congested fixture list, there is no opportunity for extensive tactical training sessions, so our main focus is on recovery and maintaining the overall system. We will continue with the same structure and make only minor adjustments and positional changes. With the season nearing its end and the presence of suspensions and injuries, we need to use a wider range of players. We have several players with yellow-card warnings and some injured players, so we must utilize the full capacity of the squad. The general tactical framework will remain unchanged, but we will increase motivation and competition among the players.”

On the possibility of signing a free agent player, he stated:
“There is little time left until the end of the season. Signing a free agent who is not match-fit would not be in the best interest of the team or the club and would not help us. We have good players at our disposal, and if conditions allow, we will pay special attention to young players in the future.”

Commenting on the low average points tally in the current league season, Rabiei said:
“This season has special circumstances, and the average points are lower than usual. The reasons are numerous and complex, but overall this has made the league table more competitive and compact.”

Regarding his appointment as head coach of Tractor, he emphasized:
“I wholeheartedly accept criticism, and many people are familiar with my character. I sincerely thank Mr. Skocic for his valuable and outstanding efforts; he made history for this club. His departure was not credited to me, and my arrival is not about replacing him personally—I was chosen as a coach. In all the teams I have managed, I have tried to achieve the best possible results. In Iranian football, four teams have different conditions, and among the others, my teams have consistently been among the top contenders. I experienced this trend with Zob Ahan and Mes Rafsanjan as well. I was aware of the challenges at Tractor and accepted this responsibility with courage. Fear of challenges means accepting defeat. I thank Mr. Zonouzi and the club management for their trust, and I promise our loyal fans that I will give my utmost effort for the pride and reputation of Tractor. God willing, we will finish the season with honor.”

On injured players, he said:
“Sadegh Moharrami will return to match conditions in about one week to ten days. Mehdi Torabi has been following a special rehabilitation program over the past few days and has not yet trained with the team. We will make a final decision on his condition tonight.”

Regarding tactical plans for the match against Gol Gohar, Rabiei noted:
“Gol Gohar is a well-structured team and does not easily allow opponents to create chances. A match may sometimes end with a large goal difference, but the true measure is overall performance throughout the season, and this team is currently among the top sides in the table, which deserves congratulations. I expect a close and competitive match. They will likely use pressing along with compact defensive blocks. Against Malavan, we performed better in counter-pressing, and we will continue with the same principles. Naturally, I cannot go into more tactical details.”

In response to whether he benefits from the technical opinions of Khodadad Azizi, he said:
“As I have mentioned before, Mr. Azizi is one of the legends of Iranian football and has valuable experience. We have had many technical discussions, and his presence alongside the team is a positive development.”

In conclusion, regarding the number of players close to suspension, the Tractor head coach said:
“Our full focus is on winning tomorrow’s match, and after that we have two important Asian fixtures ahead. We will play with full strength. Sometimes receiving yellow cards is unavoidable, but we have planned the necessary measures to manage this situation.”
