From a legal perspective, the decision of judicial and quasi-judicial courts must include two main parts: 1\. The justification (reasoning) part - including reasons, arguments and legal articles. 2\. The final part (verdict or order) - indicating the final result of the decision (such as conviction or acquittal).

In each decision, there must be logical and legal unity between the justification and the final part, so that the justification fully supports and justifies the final part. Considering that in paragraph "fourth" of the last page of the judgment No. 441 dated 12/28/1403, it was fully and explicitly argued: In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 112 of the aforementioned regulations, the suspensions are implemented for the same series of matches; therefore, in the case at hand, where the violation occurred in the Premier League games, the imposition of a suspension for the FA Cup or Super Cup games - where it is not clear whether the two teams will face each other - is not in accordance with the regulations.
